Minors and Parents
In accordance with Colorado law, minors may have certain rights to confidential mental health services. Access to records by parents or guardians may be limited in some circumstances.
We will follow applicable state laws regarding minor consent and confidentiality.

In the event of a breach involving unsecured PHI, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with federal and state requirements.
