Hi, I’m Hannah
I'm a licensed professional counselor, therapist, mom, and one of the co-founders of The Bloomhouse Women's Counseling Collective in Fort Collins. And I really, really love my job.
I feel incredibly lucky to get to sit with people during some of the hardest, most confusing, and most meaningful seasons of their lives. There is something pretty amazing about watching someone begin to understand themselves in a new way, recognize a pattern they've been stuck in for years, heal something they thought they'd have to carry forever, or finally start showing up in their relationships in the way they've always wanted.
It is an honor to be a witness to that kind of growth.
A lot of my work centers around helping people understand the why behind the things they do. Why does this relationship trigger me so much? Why can't I stop overthinking? Why do I feel like I'm never enough? Why do I keep repeating the same patterns even though I desperately want something different? Why did becoming a mom bring up so much anxiety, anger, or emotion that I didn't expect? Why can’t I let this go or move on?
I love helping people uncover those answers and then actually do something with them. My work focuses on anxiety, attachment, trauma, birth trauma, EMDR, motherhood stress, perfectionism, and relationships—especially helping people recognize the patterns that have been running in the background of their lives and giving them the tools to create something different.
I'm especially passionate about working with women because I've seen—and experienced—just how much women are expected to carry.
From the single postpartum doctor's appointment to the lack of support once you're deep in the trenches of motherhood, to navigating huge hormonal and identity changes with very little preparation, women are often expected to figure it all out while simultaneously meeting impossible expectations about how we should look, parent, work, manage our homes, and maintain our relationships.
Womanhood is a lot. And I believe women deserve a lot of support.
They deserve somewhere to exhale, be cared for, ask questions, heal, and feel less alone. That's a huge part of why I helped create The Bloomhouse.
Areas of Specialty
My clinical work centers around women's mental health, attachment, relationships, motherhood, and trauma with particular experience in:
Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic worry
Attachment and relationship patterns
Trauma and difficult past experiences
Birth trauma and traumatic birth/pregnancy experiences
EMDR therapy
Motherhood stress, burnout, and overwhelm
Pregnancy and postpartum mental health
Perfectionism and people-pleasing
Self-worth and self-esteem
Emotional regulation
Breaking generational patterns
Relationship challenges and communication
I especially love helping people understand how attachment and past experiences shape the way we show up in relationships—with our partners, our children, and ourselves.
Sometimes we know exactly what we want in our relationships, but our nervous system seems to have a completely different plan. Therapy can help you understand where those patterns came from, develop compassion for yourself, and learn new ways of responding.
And for parents, this work can be especially powerful. Becoming a parent has a way of shining a giant spotlight on our own attachment wounds. I love helping moms understand their own patterns so they can make intentional choices about what they want to carry forward—and what they want to leave behind.

A Little More About Hannah
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a married mom of three kids, five and under, which means my life is full of the same beautiful chaos, big feelings, logistical gymnastics, and occasional "what was I thinking?" moments that so many of my clients experience.
I love spending time with my family, getting outside, good coffee, reading, gardening, painting, planning remodel projects that I’ll never actually do, and finding little pockets of quiet whenever I can.
Being a mom has given me an even deeper appreciation for how complicated and unpredictable this season of life can be. You can be completely in love with your children and still desperately need a break. You can be grateful and overwhelmed. You can know you're doing a good job and still wonder if you're completely messing everything up.
Two things can be true at the same time.
I think therapy should make room for all of it.
