Current Opportunities

We are currently seeking:

Part-Time Therapist (15+ Client Hours/Week)

This position includes both virtual and in-person sessions at our Fort Collins, CO location.

Ideal for clinicians who:

  • Are passionate about women’s mental health and relationships

  • Value collaboration and community

  • Want both support and autonomy

  • Are interested in growing within a group practice

Position Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy

  • Active, unrestricted license ( LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in the State of Colorado OR active, provisional license (LPCC, MFTC, SWC) in the State of Colorado

  • Available 15-20 hours per week once full

  • Work 2 weeknights or a weekend + a weeknight (weeknights are identified as 4-8pm and weekend is considered 6 hours)

  • Be able to provide both in-person and virtual therapy

  • Have your own laptop, phone, and confidential space for telehealth

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards

  • Attend consultation and/or supervision

  • Participate in marketing and networking efforts

Therapists are supported with marketing, but are also expected to engage in community outreach, social media presence, and professional networking.
